Content Advisories/Trigger Warnings
Unless specifically instructed by the film’s distributor, the Davis Theatre does not provide advisories about subject matter or potential triggering content, as sensitivities vary from person to person.
Films exhibited don’t necessarily reflect the views of Davis Theater.
Beyond the synopses and trailers featured on our website, other sources of information about content and age-appropriateness for specific films can be found on Common Sense Media, IMDb and DoesTheDogDie.com, as well as through general internet searches.

Code of Conduct
As an independent theater, the Davis Theater strives to maintain the best possible movie going experience for all of our patrons. While we want to allow everyone to participate in the shared experience of going to the movies, we do not tolerate any behavior that disrupts others.
The Davis is committed to maintaining an environment that is safe, respectful, and free of harassment and discrimination. This Code of Conduct applies to everyone at our place of business. Audiences, staff, vendors, press, investors, and anyone else associated with the Davis will all be held to the same standards. We reserve the right to remove or ban any person from the theater who does not adhere to the Code of Conduct. If the patron is under 17 we will verify that they have called a parent or guardian to pick them up or give them further instructions.

Age Policy
No one under the age of 17 will be admitted to an R-rated movie unless accompanied by an adult.
The Davis Theater reserves the right to ask for proper identification to verify the age of a patron before selling a ticket and admitting them to a show.
No one under the age of 13 will be allowed to attend a movie without someone 16 or older when attending a G, PG or PG -13 movie.

The Davis Theater accepts cash, all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallet payments (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Doors open 30 minutes before the first showtime daily. Doors will be locked until this time.
Doors close for the night as soon as the last movie is out. Doors will be locked at this time.
NO OUTSIDE food/drink is permitted in the theater. We have tried our best to accommodate dietary needs as much as possible. If you have a social circumstance please let us know.

Shoes MUST worn at all times while attending movies or events at Davis Theatre for anyone above the age of 1 year old. With the exception of babies that walk that are not down on the floor at anytime during their visit.
